- * Eligible ages: Ages as of April 1, 2025
- * Eligible persons are those with AIG Health Insurance Association eligibility as of January 1, 2025.
- * Those without AIG Health Insurance Association eligibility on the date of the checkup are not eligible.
- * Dependent spouses aged 34 or younger are not eligible.

Caution
Complete your registration with the Health Check-up Appointment System by roughly June 30. The employer will be notified of those who have not registered.
Note that if you are unable to undergo a legally required health examination item on the date of the checkup for any reason, you may be asked to undergo it at your own cost at a later date.
Checkup results

This system manages checkup results over the years, from past checkup results through the most recent results.
You can also check information such as evaluations and doctors’ comments on the most recent checkup results and results from the questionnaire you filled out at at the time of the checkup.
